The turbo engine produces up to 230 horsepower and 258 pound-feet of torque, while getting 21 city and 28 highway miles per gallon for a combined rating that matches the standard 2.5-liter's 23 mpg. This turbo is available on multiple trims but comes standard on the SLT.
The standard 2.5-liter offers everyday affordability and the 3.6-liter V6 provides maximum power, and many drivers may still choose either of these engines. For those who want something in between, though, the 2020 GMC Acadias near DeKalb, IL now offer a third choice with this engine.

GMC has rolled out its AT4 trim on the GMC Sierra truck, and now the trim is also available on the 2020 GMC Acadia. This is the automaker's first SUV to offer the all-terrain trim.
The 2020 GMC Acadia AT4 is an off-roading version that comes with the 3.6-liter V6. It also has more rugged styling, standard all-wheel drive and all-terrain tires. An advanced clutch, hill-start assist and hill-descent control to help navigate the trail. Seating is limited to only five, but a cargo management system behind the second-row bench makes it easy to stow everything you might need on the trail.
