After the sale, Rudy didn't just hand over the keys and say thank you, he took the time to go over the vehicle and make sure I knew where all the features were, how to access them and how to operate them for a enjoyable new car experience. The only disappointment was having to return a second time due to there was no finance person to close the deal on my first visit, it's a long drive from the South side of Chicago to Aurora. I should also note that when I did return to purchase the vehicle, the finance person, Jason Dulaney, was also a pleasure to do business with.
