With a no hassle attitude to make a sale, Rudy took the time to explain the different features of the vehicle and make sure it was what I was looking for. After the sale, Rudy didn't just hand over the keys and say thank you, he took the time to go over the vehicle and make sure I knew where all the features were, how to access them and how to operate them for a enjoyable new car experience. Rudy even did a follow up phone call a couple of days later to make sure I had no further questions about the vehicle and it's features, now that's a great sales person! Purchasing the car at Coffman was a very enjoyable experience, and I would not hesitate to recommend them to family and friends or make my next purchase there. The only disappointment was having to return a second time due to there was no finance person to close the deal on my first visit, it's a long drive from the South side of Chicago to Aurora. I should also note that when I did return to purchase the vehicle, the finance person, Jason Dulaney, was also a pleasure to do business with. Jason made sure you knew all the options available to make the purchase an enjoyable experience, and I walked away with what I wanted and very happy. ”
