Had a very good experience purchasing a previously owned truck. Starting with our initial phone call, we were connected with Alan who took the truck in on a trade (and I think sold it originally). He answered our questions and made us feel confident to travel 107 miles to see the vehicle. Our confidence continued to grow during an inspection and drive. Alan was fair to deal with and as someone below said, "was very honest and kept it very simple. Also transparent with all the numbers from start to finish. No dickering back and forth with 'My manager'." Kudos also to Jason. Paperwork was taken care of quickly, and never once pressured us to by some "protection" or warranty we didn't want.

We stumbled across Coffman GMC looking for a truck to tow our new camper. We were looking for a specific 2026 Sierra 3500. However, I had my dealerships confused. Best mistake we ever made. We ended up finding a great 2024 used truck. Rudy was so helpful and made us feel at ease. The process was easy and not stressful at all. We came back the next day and met with Jason in finance. Once again, a super easy and calm process. We asked a lot of questions and kept people past closing. We were never rushed to finish up. There are a few things that are different when owning a diesel 3500 truck from a 1/2 ton. The team at Coffman helped us understand those differences especially Rudy. Everyone was extremely friendly and the wait was minimal wait time. The lady at the service desk was super nice and because of her I will continue to bring my vehicle there. I usually go to the dealership I bought my vehicle from for maintenance but this is 2 minutes from home so it made it very convenient and since everyone was nice and informative I plan to continue using Coffmans. I just wish your company sold some kind of maintenance package for regular oil changes to make it easier for me, but I understand those that offer that these days are few and far between. My truck was in for a complete engine replacement. This is a HUGE job with everything that needs to be done, from managing the parts and vendors to the diagnosing, and the terrible job of dealing with an insurance company. John and his team did a phenomenal job! I have been in the truck for a couple of weeks now and no issues at all, the truck is like new!

When taking my vehicle to Coffman without an appointment, with a condition that was making the vehicle unsafe to drive, they allowed us to leave the vehicle over the weekend, to be looked at on a later day. They offered a loaner vehicle to make things on our end safe and convenient.

Overall, in relation to the service on my truck, I see that what is in Coffman's control is being done well. Friendly people, prompt service and a clean truck when done is a blessing. I am concerned that this is the second oil change completed since being notified the engine is on the list to be inspected and provided the new oil to prevent failure and it is still not completed.

The Body Shop manager was very attentive to my needs. We had to delay the warranty repairs for my 2023 GMC Terrain as I was dealing with some major health issues. In fact he even called me to see how I was doing doing. Once I was healthy I was able to bring the vehicle in for repairs and it was done satisfactory. Good job by the body shop team.

This was my second vehicle purchase from Coffman GMC. Called on the phone in the morning and advised Terry that I was looking to trade two vehicles for a Sierra 1500 on their lot. I arrived at 4:30 that afternoon and my salesman Alan had the truck waiting right up front for a test drive. On Saturday, May 11th I was in town visiting family, a few days earlier I had my truck serviced and fuel filter changed while on the road working. The “water in fuel” light came on and I called my son in law who is in the car business and he called Coffman Trucking to see if they could look at it last minute on a Saturday. I believe it was John who got us right in, explained what the issues could be, remedied the problem. What was really AMAZING to me is I decided to go ahead and do another service as I didn’t feel comfortable with the rest of work that may have been done, he called me and said you still have 1 free oil change on GMC (’24 GMC AT4X 2500) if you’d like we can go ahead and do it no charge to you. Not only did you guys get me in, you went above and beyond to make sure it was right and I was happy. I work in a similar world to you guys so I know this isn’t the norm in today’s environment. With all that I just want to say “THANK YOU” and I appreciate you taking care of me when you really didn’t have time or need to. I will always plan my services around my trips to see family and get it done with the team at Coffman Trucks. You guys know how to win people over.
